Cada vez más nos asaltan las dudas y nos preguntamos como seres humanos, ¿Cómo y cuando nos impactará ?¿Cómo nos influenciará la 4ª revolución industrial sobre el trabajo humano? ¿Cómo serán los trabajadores del futuro?
Es una cruda realidad que que la 4ª revolución industrial ya está entre nosotros, nos abruma, nos invade , nos inunda y que muy pronto nos impactará socialmente y transformará totalmente nuestras vidas, en lo personal , en lo social y en lo laboral, a todos los niveles.
Hoy no concebiríamos el mundo sin la presencia y ayuda de todos los avances tecnológicos de la humanidad. Piensa solo hace 10 años, sin la inter-conectividad de nuestros smartphones y como nos ha transformado como sociedad; Eso no será nada, en comparación a lo que nos deparará la la 4ª revolución industrial
Si eres una persona y profesional joven, vete pensando cómo y qué harás, para enfrentarte a este realidad presente de futuro cercano y si eres un trabajador senior de los 70’, empiezo ya a adaptarte al cambio para no quedarte fuera del mercado laboral en la próxima década.
El hombre ha sido capaz de transformar los recursos naturales a su alcance para fabricar herramientas y máquinas que facilitan sus vidas, así como satisfacer su curiosidad y afán de superación.
Es obvio que los avances tecnológicos permiten a la humanidad conseguir grandes progresos como especie. Pero existen retos, peligros, desafíos que debemos tener en cuenta, el precio a pagar y reflexionar si podemos evitar efectos colaterales negativos, perniciosos y adaptarnos sin perder nuestra esencia como seres humanos. Los avances más significativos de la humanidad pueden poner en riesgo nuestros valores de lo esperamos y deseamos de nuestra sociedad de futuro.
La 4ª revolución industrial ya ha comenzado. Cada día estamos más conectados entre nosotros, pero se está dando que los dispositivos están adquiriendo también esta capacidad.
