No hay un marco claro para aplicar el pensamiento basado en el riesgo en ISO 9001: 2015
La primera cosa que vino a la mente para mucha gente es «la mejor herramienta de evaluación», mientras que la evaluación es sólo parte del trabajo de gestión de riesgos paralelo con otras partes
ISO 31000-2017 DIS es una buena base para comenzar a integrar el riesgo dentro del SGC, aunque no es necesario pasar por todos los detalles que la directiva contiene
Antes de pasar por los detalles del artículo, estoy muy agradecido por la ayuda que recibí de Alexei Sidorenko, CRMP a través de su valioso libro y canal de Youtube también .. y Riesgo médico «Dr. David Hillson»
Con el fin de hacer el estándar fácil para mí y mi equipo, así, traté de representar gráficamente a través de dividir el estándar en 3 partes principales y tratar de poner metafóricamente una foto para cada parte de la siguiente manera:
- Términos, definiciones y principios … el cuerpo del conocimiento … «materia prima»
- Marco …………………………. «Fundamento necesario»
- Proceso ……………………………….. «Edificio final»
En la siguiente foto, aclaro sub-cláusulas de la categoría estándar
A través de las siguientes tres fotos, traté de poner algunos detalles sobre cada categoría «algunos de los que se tomó como de la norma, otros están parafraseados.
Nota: El apetito por el riesgo no aparece en la cláusula de términos, sin embargo, me gusta ponerlo aquí.
En la siguiente fase, planeo con mi equipo para:
- Revisión Estándar bien usando esos documentos
- Planifique cómo responderá cada parte del proceso, cómo lo aplicaremos, las modificaciones necesarias en el SGC, el plan de concientización necesario para el propietario del proceso … etc.
[:en]Through my ISO 9001:2015 transformation plan, I have reviewed a lot of useful discussions about RISK Based Thinking, and through my limited reading I formulated this point of view:
- No clear frame how to apply risk-based thinking in ISO 9001:2015
- The First thing came to mind for a lot of people is «the best assessment tool», while assessment is just part of risk management work parallel with other parts
- ISO 31000-2017 DIS is a good base to start integration of risk within the QMS, even it is no requirement to go through all details the guideline contain
Before I go through article details, I am so thankful for the help I got from Alexei Sidorenko, CRMP through his valuable book and Youtube channel as well .. and Risk doctor «Dr David Hillson»
In order to make the standard easy for me and my team as well, I tried to represent it graphically through divide the standard into 3 main part and try to metaphorically put a photo for each part as following:
- Terms, Definitions, and principles … the body of knowledge … «raw material»
- Framework …………………………. «Necessary foundation»
- Process ……………………………….. «Final building»
At the next photo, I clarify sub-clauses of the standard category
through the next three photos, I tried to put some details about each category » some of it was taken as it from the standard, others are paraphrased.
Note: Risk appetite is not listed in the terms clause, however, I like to put it here.
At the next phase, I will plan with my team to:
- Review Standard well using those papers
- Plan how will answer each part of the process, how we will apply, the needed modifications at the QMS, the needed awareness plan for the process owner … etc.
