Estuvimos dándole vueltas al tema, y la conclusión era que, a pesar de que todos esos mandos intermedios eran buenos profesionales, estaban muy perdidos en cómo gestionar a sus equipos humanos.
Muchos mandos intermedios tienen equipos a su cargo por primera vez. A menudo son grandes profesionales que por sus méritos y logros han ascendido, pero eso no significa que les sea fácil gestionar equipos.
Por otro lado, cada vez son más los Mandos Intermedios que buscan mis servicios de «Desarrollo de Líderes», incluso pagándolo de sus propio bolsillo. Esto es una señal más de que quieren hacerlo bien pero no saben cómo.
