The different currents of Coaching are established according to the philosophical or ideological inclinations of the coaches who practice it or the school where they have been trained.
Although Coaching is a plural discipline that is enriched with the particular contributions of each professional, there are certain authors and coaches in different parts of the world who have determined specific lines that have spread throughout the world.
This is how coaching schools have emerged with different perspectives that are developed in parallel and feed back into this profession, always ready to integrate new tools that increase the effectiveness of the processes.
A general knowledge of the different existing coaching lines leads us to have a global vision of their different realities, so that we can integrate them into a whole.
