What is the Quality Policy in ISO 9001: 2015?
It is the documentary statement of the intention and direction of the company with regard to quality management.
It is related to the strategic direction of the Organization.
The Quality Policy supports the purpose of your Organization and is the quality approach you want to take to achieve success.
It describes who the company is, what it does, and the commitments to quality that distinguish it.

Remember that the Quality Policy must be closely related to the Quality Objectives (section 6.2 of ISO 9001: 2015)

To develop a good Quality Policy I recommend you answer these simple questions that may be very useful
What do we do?
What are our products or services?
Who is our ideal client?
What are the needs of the clients we can cover?
What differentiates us from our competition?
What is it that most excites us about the future of the company?

Communicate your Quality Policy
Following what the regulation says (section 5.2.2.) This Quality Policy we must communicate it to our staff, customers, suppliers and interested parties.
For this I recommend you to have it on the bulletin board of the company, in the offices of the executives and to post it on the company’s website so that it reaches all your clients and interested parties.
