COACHING PLUS: our biggest enemy, ourselves
WHO IS OUR MOST TENAZ ENEMIGO? THE FEAR
WHAT DOES FEAR MEAN IN YOUR LIFE?
There are many beliefs behind this, beliefs that limit us and do not let us advance, since boys have taught us to ignore our fears to make them disappear and the only thing we achieve is to increase them, to become monsters that are hidden in the board and are stalking
The first thing you can do is sit down and think about what your fears are, as long as you do not know them you can hardly do anything about it. Ask yourself in the different areas of your life, work, family, personal, family, etc. What are you afraid of?
2. Once you have identified your fears, far from rejecting them as I have said, accept it and create a bigger fear that covers the previous one and that is so great that it mobilizes to you, like for example:
In the professional field:
My fear of failure to not do what I like on a scale of 1 to 10 is 6
Fear of being unsatisfied and sad for not doing what I like, on a scale of 1 to 10 of 9
As you can see the second fear is bigger than the first then realizing this mobilizes me and motivates me to continue to advance to my goals!
